If social justice was really true everywhere, people would be equal in every way. Meaning not as much conflict, but very low moral to do something hard. It's just like the communist system. Why be a doctor when you can earn the same amount of money lying on your couch doing nothing. Also there are different people with different needs. Some may need extra medication and are sick and need extra tissue. But if people are 100% equal you can only have a certain amount of things. Meaning if you run out that's it. It's a no more no less situation. It may not really be the best thing all in all.
